Alongside my work in female performance and wellbeing, I speak passionately about heart health, prevention, and awareness — a mission that has become deeply personal following the sudden and devastating loss of my dad. His passing reinforced the urgent importance of education, early intervention, and proactive health care conversations, particularly around cardiovascular health and lifestyle prevention. Through keynote talks, workshops, panels, and events, I aim to create honest, empowering conversations around women’s health, strength, ageing, and preventative wellbeing. My goal is to help women feel informed, capable, and supported — not only to live longer, but to live stronger.
My work focuses particularly on perimenopause. Helping women navigate hormonal change with evidence based education, practical strength training, and sustainable health strategies that build confidence, resilience, and longevity.
